It is a synthetic material for metal Coating. Plastisol can give better quality when use after apply PC-1025 Primer. It is suitable for apply in manufacturing of hand tools , gadget etc. for high quality products .

Direction for use

Plastisol and PC-1025 Primer can apply and store in room temperature. For metal coating, PC-1025 Primer must be applied to surface prior coating with Plastisol. Direction for use as following

  1. Clean metal surface with brush and remove grease with solvent.
  2. Apply PC-1025 Primer thoroughly to coating surface and leave dry , and place in oven at 185°C-210°C for 5-15 minutes.
  3. Immerge heated working piece in Plastisol bath. The longer in Plastisol bath , the thicker of coating.
  4. Slowly take working piece up from Plastisol bath and place in oven at 185°C-210°C for 30 minutes , then cool down by water.

Plastisol Primer

PC-1025 Primer

It is a clear adhesive formulated for pre-coating of metal prior apply Plastisol. PC-1025 Primer can give better adhesive strength of Plastisol to metal surface of finished products. It is especially resistant to hot alkaline solutions.

Direction for use

  1. Clean the coating surface and remove grease with solvent.
  2. Apply PC-1025 Primer to cleaned surface , only metal area by dipping , bushing or spraying and leave dry.
  3. After PC-1025 Primer completely dry , it is ready for coating process.

  • Store at room temperature and keep containers closed when not in use.
  • Maintain adequate ventilation in working area.
  • Wear approved respirators and protective vapors.
  • Prolonged contact of liquid material with skin may be irritating. If material comes in contact with skin, wash skin surface thoroughly with soap and water. In case of eye contact, flush eyes thoroughly for 15 minutes with water and consult a physician.
